Limitations of SEO Services:

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments for Services are non-refundable, including deposits, as outlined in our client agreements. All payments must be made according to the schedule specified in the client agreement.

  • A 50% deposit is required to commence work.
  • Additional payments are due as project milestones are reached.
  • Failure to provide timely payments may result in project delays or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials, available on our website or through our Services is the exclusive property of Emily June LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment of all amounts due, intellectual property rights to final deliverables (e.g., website, logos) are transferred to the client.

Retention of Rights: Emily June LLC retains rights to secondary materials, templates, and tools used during the creation process.

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for your convenience and do not imply endorsement or responsibility on our part. Emily June LLC is not liable for the content, practices, or policies of third-party websites. You access such sites at your own risk.
